My name is Tory! I am a dedicated and experienced real estate agent with over ten years of sales experience. As a wife, mother, and dog mom, I understand the importance of finding the perfect home for my clients and their families. I also understand situations can change and your first home home may not be your forever home. With my experience I can confidently help you get top dollar for your home when you are ready to sell. I grew up in North Florida and currently reside in St. Johns County, which, in combination with my experience as a full-time agent I have a deep understanding and knowledge of the local real estate market. acknowledge your closing disclosure. your lender will send a copy for you to review, this will also tell you how much money you may need to bring to closing.

this is done before closing to make sure the seller is moved out and everything is in the same condition as when you saw the home.
property survey
a copy or a new one may be needed for the loan. fun fact, condos do not need surveys! make sure to review it prior to closing
conditional loan approval, you’re almost done. make sure to get your lender any documents needed as quick as possible!
